Great spot for the festival!
I had a blast at the SIRF Festival! Room had a private bath, which was a bonus. The pub below was lively, so got a bit noisy at times. Luckily, earplugs did the trick! Quick drinks at the bar were nice, too. All in all, a solid place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay in an ensuite room while attending a gig just across the street. The cozy garden area and the lively karaoke nights were absolute highlights, making my evenings super fun. Just a heads up, the noise from the pub below went on a bit late, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the clean and comfy room and the convenient three shower rooms downstairs. The garden area was perfect for relaxing, and I loved catching a movie at the entertainment spot. Just a heads up, our room door didn't lock well, but it wasn't a big deal overall. 😊

I stayed for one night to explore the nearby attractions and had a decent experience overall. The location was perfect for accessing some great dining options with belly-busting platters just a stone's throw away. The self-checkout process was smooth, and I found the bed surprisingly comfortable, better than I expected! the bathroom could have used some tidying up, which did take away from the overall charm.

great value but shared facilities need improvement
The staff were genuinely friendly. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel, and the affordable dining options nearby were a significant plus.
The shared bathroom facilities could be more private and updated.

If you're into belly-busting platters, Hoptimist's location had me in stitches, with The Parmesan House and Fuji's just a hop away. Plus, the beds were more comfy than my nan's sofa, and the self-checkout was as smooth as a pint on a Friday night!
Now, let's chat about the cheeky bits. The empty vodka bottle in the drawer was a laugh, and the bathroom could've done with some love—those dirty fingerprints were a right sight! But it's all part of the charm, innit?

This was just a decent option for one night in Stockton-on-Tees with good value considering the price it charged. The shared showers were nothing fancy, but they got the job done after a long day. Be prepared for a bit of noise from the street at night.
